Victorian Death Customs & Cemetery Symbolism

Join us to learn about Victorian death lore and how women of the era influenced the death and grieving process. We will also learn about various types of grave makers and the symbols that adorn them.

Presenter Johnna Waldon is an Assistant Branch Manager at the Tates Creek Branch of the Lexington Public Library and current president of the Kentucky Genealogical Society (www.kygs.org).
