ENID: Generations of Women Sculptors Reception

Join us at the Main Library for the opening reception of the ENID: Generations of Women Sculptors exhibit featuring modern three-dimensional work created by members of ENID, including: Leticia Bajuyo, Gayle Cerlan, Caren Cunningham, Linda Erzinger, Ewing Fahey, Sarah Frederick, Mary Dennis Kannapel, Paula Keppie, Ann Klem, Bette Levy, Shawn Marshall, Jacque Parsley, Emily S. Schuhmann, Gloria Haury Wachtel, Melinda Waters & Dawn Yates.

The opening will also include an historic interpretation of Enid Yandell, courtesy of the Frazier History Museum. The exhibit will be on display in the Main Library's Bernheim Gallery August 17-October 8

ENID: Generations of Women Sculptors was founded in In 1998 by ten artists. This collective of female sculptors is named for Enid Yandell, Louisville’s first woman sculptor, with the goal to encourage, educate, and mentor women artists, students, and each other. Today the collective is comprised of 20 artists, many of whom are founding members.
