Civil Rights and Housing: Louisville Then and Now

In this slide show and talk, Dr. Cate Fosl, UofL historian and co-author of the 2009 book, "Freedom on the Border: An Oral History of the Civil Rights Movement in Kentucky," will outline the history of segregated housing throughout the twentieth century in Louisville and the drama of the 1960s movement here for open housing. Her talk will conclude with a comparison of fair and affordable housing then and now.
