Events at LFPL

This class focuses on floor work and the movement of the body through space. Students shall wear loose fit clothing and sneakers to class to allow their bodies to move more freely. Hip Hop Dance will allow students to use their energy constructively while training the mind and physical body. Dance allows the mind to focus on specific goals to be accomplished! Self-confidence can also be achieved in this fun learning atmosphere.
