African American History Month Film Series: Thirteenth

In collaboration with the University of Louisville Health Sciences Center Office of Diversity and Inclusion, LFPL presents Thirteenth (TV-MA), a documentary tracing racial inequality from the end of slavery through mass incarceration and the modern criminal justice system. The film will be followed by a panel discussion with UofL faculty, representatives of community organizations, and members of the public about mass incarceration, voting rights, and other issues raised in the film.
