FUNtsugi is a playful twist on the ancient art of Kintsugi, where broken pottery is repaired using gold to highlight the cracks and imperfections. In this FUNtsugi workshop, middle and high school students will break and repair pottery using Modern Kintsugi techniques as they explore themes of self-worth, empathy, and resilience. Author and Modern Kintsugi Artist Jillian Timberlake will lead participants through the Kintsugi process. Each participant will go home with their own piece of FUNtsugi at the end of the workshop. Pottery is provided. **There is a parent/guardian waiver that must be completed for each participant prior to the workshop. Space is limited and registration is required.
