Teacher's Collection Request Form

The Library is able to collect up to 30 books on a particular theme or themes for use in your classroom. Here are the details:

WHAT? - A collection of up to thirty (30) books hand-picked by our own Children's Services Staff: fiction, nonfiction, on a certain subject, by a certain author--or any combination.
WHO?- Teachers and homeschoolers of children from preschool through 8th grade.
WHEN? - Three (3) weeks advance notice is required for collections.
WHERE? - Collections can be sent to the branch of your choice for pickup.

Tips

We can only provide up to 10 holiday books per teacher due to the number of requests we receive. We are happy to accommodate multiple themes. Collections check out for 3 weeks, but may be renewed if needed. To renew, call 574-1620. Submit your request on-line or call 574-1620.
