
Alfie Jones studied and acquired their education at both The Youth Performing Arts School and the American Musical and Dramatics Academy. Alfie was previously seen in Macbeth (three witches), and The Color Purple (Red Line Production Company). Other previous credits include Over My Dead Body, Midsummer Night's Dream, and Once on This Island (Actors Theatre of Louisville and Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park). Alfie has been seen at Derby Dinner Playhouse in Young Frankenstein, Newsies, and The Children's Theatre Series (Stinky Kids The Musical, Rapunzel, Christmas In Candyland, How I Became a Pirate, Fancy Nancy), and they have Choreographed locally in productions such as The Color Purple, Once on This Island, Choir Boy, A Chorus Line, Kiss Me Kate, The Addams Family, and Hedwig & The Angry Inch! Ebony Jordan is a Louisville-based actor and teaching artist whose theatrical home is Looking for Lilith (LFL), where she’s also a company member and serves on the Board. She has worked for other companies such as StageOne Theatre, Kentucky Shakespeare, Commonwealth Theatre Center, Josephine Sculpture Park, and Faith Works Studios. Past acting credits include Lady Capulet in Romeo and Juliet (Kentucky Shakespeare), Ida B. Wells in Lawbreakers (StageOne), Lady in Red in For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow is Enuf (Faith Works), The Patron Saint of Losing Sleep (Looking for Lilith), Class of ‘70 (LFL) and the 2019 production of Defining Identity (LFL). Recent directing credits include co-directing LFL’s Lifecycle of a Blackberry and Defining Infinity.

Tony Milder is delighted to be part of this reading! He has also performed at The Grand Ole Opry, The Guthrie Theater, Theatre at Monmouth, and Tibbits Opera House. Outside the theater, you can spot him in White Noise, Chicago Fire, and Bob Trevino Likes It.

Kristie Rolape is a speech-language pathologist at NeuroRestorative, where she works with adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries—a career path inspired by her years in the theatre. She has performed and toured with companies including Barter Theatre in Virginia and Missoula Children’s Theatre, and came to Louisville as part of the Kentucky Shakespeare Festival, where she played Lady Macbeth. Local audiences may also remember her from The Dinner Detective in downtown Louisville, as well as her decade of work as co-artistic producing director with Le Petomane Theatre Ensemble. She currently keeps her creative spirit alive through singing with the Community Music Alliance Choir in New Albany, IN.

Laurene Scalf is pleased to be part of LFPL’s play reading series. She has appeared in Kimberly Akimbo (Kimberly), Macbeth (First Witch), The Belle of Amherst (Emily), August: Osage County (Violet), Seascape (Nancy), Buried Child (Halie), Talking With (Scraps), The Fastest Clock in the Universe (Cheetah Bee), Happy Days (Winnie), and All’s Well That Ends Well (Countess), among others. She has directed Spike Heels; Autobahn; The Laundromat; The Tricky Part; and By the Sea, by the Sea, by the Beautiful Sea.

Zach Stone is an actor/director/teaching artist/filmmaker/comedian?/arts admin/general jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none originally from Paducah, KY now based in Louisville, KY. Favorite acting roles include originating Young Scrooge/Undertaker in Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park's All-New A Christmas Carol, Bottom in three witches shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Yank in Bootstraps' The Hairy Ape. Commercial credits include: Cobalt Credit Union, Ale-8, Donato's Pizza, and San Pallegrino CIAO! alongside Michael Imperiolli & Steve Schirripa.
