COLLIDER: Asian Lantern Workshop by Makara Thach Sernett

As the third and final program in a three-part series, local artist and COLLIDER Artist-in-Residence Makara Thach Sernett will lead a guided lantern-making workshop at the South Central Regional Library, inspired by traditional Asian lantern design. Participants will decorate round paper lanterns using dried flora and fauna or patterned tissue, then add string lights to create a finished lantern to take home. Ages 13-99.  Space is limited and registration is required.
