Join COLLIDER Artist-in-Residence Heba Hanbali for this introductory Tatreez class. Tatreez is traditional Palestinian embroidery in the form of cross-stitch. We will learn how to cross-stitch by making traditional Tatreez design(s), and discuss the history and significance of Tatreez. This class is a go at your own pace embroidery class. This lesson will include an embroidery needle, thread, and canvas you get to keep. For ages 16-99. Space is limited.
