Learn the basics of Tai Chi with a series of classes held over a four-week span.  Tai Chi enlightens the mind, reveals techniques to energize the body, and presents strategies to renew the soul.  Your instructors will be Renee Lovelace, Cynthia Isbell, and Naela Serikali, all of whom are certified Tai Chi Instructors.  Participation is limited; call 502-933-0029 to register.
