Ready to try something completely different with balloons? Can't blow up a balloon to save your life? No worries here as we'll be using uninflated balloons to create flowers! Join COLLIDER Artist-in-Residence Amber Weiand (Fossi Lou Balloons) for Fantasy Flowers: a long-standing art form and a unique way to make a laying sculpture with balloons.
