Thank you for your interest in using the Northeast Regional Library's Maker Pavilion.
Visits to the Maker Pavilion are by appointment only, unless otherwise noted.
Before making a Maker Pavilion appointment, you must first complete a Maker Pavilion 101 orientation and submit a signed waiver. Maker Pavilion 101 orientations are offered every Monday at 6:30 PM at the Northeast Regional Library. Registration is not required to attend a Maker Pavilion 101 orientation. If you are unable to attend a Tuesday evening orientation, email us and we will work with you to schedule a one-on-one orientation.

Once you have completed a Maker Pavilion 101 orientation, it is necessary to make an appointment* in order to use the equipment and supplies in the Maker Pavilion.
An appointment allows you to reserve a specific workstation in the Maker Pavilion. The workstations that are available by appointment are: MakerBot 3D Printer, Glowforge Laser Cutter, Silhouette Cameo Machine, Digital Software, Craft Supplies, Recording Booth, Media Studio. Limited supplies are available for each workstation.
*You may drop in without an appointment during Appointment Hours to use the Button Maker, Laminator, and Ellison Die Cut machine. Hours are subject to change—please call ahead at (502) 394-0379 or email us to confirm availability.
Maker Pavilion appointment requests should be made at least 2-3 days prior to your desired time. Once you submit an appointment request, a library staff member will contact you to either confirm your appointment or to let you know that the requested time is unavailable.
One appointment lasts for two hours. You may make one appointment per day, and up to two appointments per week.You may submit a maximum of two appointment requests at a time. Appointment requests can be made up to three weeks in advance.
Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, and will then be released.
Walk up reservations may be available but are not guaranteed. Patrons are encouraged to make reservation appointments in advance.
Families or groups with children ages 12 and younger may reserve one workstation per family or group. Children must be supervised at all times at the workstation by an adult who has completed the Maker Pavilion 101 orientation.
Families or groups with teens ages 13 and older may reserve multiple workstations.
