Art in the Library: Fluidity and Motion in Charcoal, with Robyn Gibson

About this event

Body

Charcoal is a quick medium that allows loose, fluid mark making. Although dry, it has the same sensitivity as a wet material and can even be used in tandem. The beauty of charcoal is in its flexibility. In this 3 WEEK COURSE we will explore not only the motion and fluidity of charcoal as it glides across paper, but also the motion of the forms we have captured with it.

This program is free and open to the public, but space is limited. Registration is *REQUIRED* online or by calling (502) 574-1623.
