Brittany J. Thurman: Jump and Fly Storytime

In this interactive visit with local children’s author, Brittany J. Thurman, children of all ages will jump and soar as they help Brittany read her picture book, Fly. They will create a short retelling of the story, learn the fundamentals of double Dutch and jumping rope, then engage in an informative Q & A where they can ask Brittany questions about being an author. Jump and Fly Storytime will end with each participant thinking about their own desires, goals, and how they can make those dreams a reality. Ages 5-12.
