Friends of the Shawnee Library Harvestfest and Membership Drive

The Friends of the Library at Shawnee welcome you as we present our annual Harvestfest and Membership Drive! You will be the first to know of upcoming events at Shawnee, which will allow you to help us make a positive impact on our community. Our Specific topic is Scams and Fraud. AARP helps attendees learn to protect themselves and their loved ones by looking at fraud trends and behavior; The Con Artist's Play Book, Prevention techniques, and resources are utilized. Our Presenter is Glenn Thomas, an AARP volunteer. Refreshments and door prizes will round out an enjoyable, informative afternoon.
