Main Off-Broadway - Play Reading Series is a monthly program that brings to life classic plays that have recently entered the public domain. Each month we will showcase a different work read aloud by talented Louisville actors.
Set in 1918, in the trenches outside of St. Quentin, France, Journey's End follows a company of British soldiers as they await an impending German offensive. R.C. Sherriff’s realistic and honest portrayal of war was a resounding critical success on European stages in 1929.
This program is free and open to the public, but space is limited. Registration is requested. Click here to reserve your seat.
PLEASE NOTE: This reading will take place at St. Matthews Library (3940 Grandview Avenue).
