Join Melissa Ellis from Mom Belly Fitness for a practical and informative workshop on moving well through every stage of motherhood.  Melissa will discuss the fundamentals of prenatal and postpartum fitness and will demonstrate safe movements throughout pregnancy to help reduce discomfort and prevent injury.
