Warm up with two beloved Gasthaus soups from Chef Nina Greipel: traditional German Cream of Potato Soup and the Gasthaus’s famous, hearty Cheese Soup.

The Cream of Potato Soup is not only a comforting and delicious soup that is common in any German kitchen, it was on the Gasthaus menu from day one. With just a few ingredients all added into one pot, the soup comes together within 45 minutes.

The Cheese Soup was the most popular specialty soup at the Gasthaus. It is a chunky and comforting soup with a blend of melted cheeses, ground beef and finely chopped mushrooms and onions. You can adjust the recipe and create a chip dip as well.
